Paint job question for the board

Guys, I want to get a two tone paint job on my IBM camaro. I am thinking like below except the bottom would stay the IBM and the top would be a silver metalic seperated by a pin stripe ( dont know what color). How much would that cost? Anyone on here work in that industry? Seems like a pretty easy paint job since most of the car is already painted. What do you all think?

don't know what it would cost, but it would be awesome.some one posted a thread a couple days ago.they have a white and did the upper portion in black, with a orange stripe.that one was done with vinyl and it looked awesome.that would be a lot less expensive than paint.

My guess for someone that knows what they are doing is going to cost you about $5000. I know someone in the D/FW area that would do a great job for you but that would be a bit of a drive to get this done.

Like vinyl on the entire top of the car? I don't think that would work, i want a silver metalic that matches the Imperial blue metalic already on the car.

I've gotten a quote for a similar style paint job from a reputable shop in Louisana and it was $2500-$3000 to include removing all the necassary gaskets, trim, etc.

i checked out the website where the vinyl paint stuff came from... and it looks like they have others with "specs" in them... to maybe get that metallic sparkle look... i think he posted the website... should be http://flxpaint.com

yeah.. I would really like to see one up close too... i wonder if there is a big difference between that stuff and the stuff they advertise with by putting it on all the "Company" cars that are driving around... wonder if there is a big difference or if its basically the same stuff...
