Detailer's Domain: Nissan GTR - Paint Correction

Sorry its been awhile since I have posted up a write up (at least for me) its been a bit hectic at the warehouse.

Believe it or not another new car fix. Its really unfortunately. Diagnosis.... an abundance of holograms, swirls, cut marks, wash marks.
Solution below:

What was done -
Exterior

- Wheels were prepped with Sonax Wheel Cleaner and cleaned up with various brushes
- Tires were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash and washed down
- Wheel wells were spritzed down with P21S Total Autowash
- Wash down and rinsed
- Door jambs were cleaned up
- Clayed
- Dried
- Paint inspected and measured
- Wheel Wells were cleaned and dressed
- Tires dressed
- Masking
- 2 Step Paint correction (Menzerna Super Intensive Polish with an Uber Green and Menzerna PO85RD with an Uber Blue)
- Inspection with Fenix, 3m Sun Gun, Infratech, and natural sunlight
- Last Step - Menzerna Power Lock
- Rubber and Plastics Treated
- Exterior windows and mirrors cleaned and sealed
- Exhaust tips cleaned
- Engine Cleaned up and dressed

I have a question so start by please forgiving my ignorance. How much would something like this cost. Basically just the attention to the paint. My interior is mint and the wheels and tires I have no problem doing. I have a bunch of incidental marks, scratches..call them whatever. Prob from using inferior microfiber. I'd really like to get the car back to better than new so I could start over and get the right products from here on out. And more importantly do you travel, or have someone in CT that you would feel comfortable reccomending? Thanks for you time and help.

Fantastic work Phil.

You should post a picture/video of the customers face when they see it for the 1st time after being detailed. I bet its priceless and gives you a great feeling to see how excited they are to see the results.

that was pretty bad. Looks about as bad as my saturn aura that is black and 3 years old. My saturn is a daily driver, goes through car washes, paint gets rubbed by snow brushes (winter) and is in contact with salt for probably 7 months out of the year.

One day i will buff my saturn out, just busy keeping the paint on my camaro looking good.

You guys did an awesome job.
