Where do you need a 4.2mm diameter with a pitch of 1.7 mm screw? I don't think there is such an animal. 4.2mm would be a #8 screw, but I don't know what pitch you are looking at. 1.7mm would be about 15 threads per inch.

Thats what the dealership told me i needed since theyre out of stock on the maf screws

Went down to the hardware store and couldnt find jack shit.. does anyone know the exact size of the screws?

They didn't have m4x.7 screws or they aren't the right size?

I’m out of ideas other than to take part that it screws into and match it. I don’t have an oem to confirm the size.

Did that too went into hime depot and ace hardware and nope. Just ordered them off ebay! **** it 10bucks for some screws
