I really need to get my Zl1 calipers powder coated so that I can do this swap myself. Was it hard to bleed them? Do you need a power bleeder or can you just do it the old school push the pedal and turn the bleeder way?

These came out looking really good. How different is the stopping power? Have you already taken them out for a run?

Very nice. Love the new setup.

Which Motive kit is that? I need to acquire one myself!

I'm not sure if the old school way would work out so well. I flush the whole system after every season and the Motive power bleeder is the only way to go IMO. There seemed to be a lot of air on the passenger side front caliper, but that makes some sense cause it's right next to the ABS distibution block. Have yet to bed the front brakes in but I like the pedal feel.

Not sure I've had it for several years now. You just need the base kit and add the correct cap for the brake reservoir or modify a stock cap. I recommend getting the billet alumimum cap though.

Yep! and a Quick Jack to get your car off the ground in your new garage and your set to go.

Just a heads up if you only use it once and a while you need to flush it out with a weak solution of Simple Green before you store it away for next time!
