Desperate for some clutch help

So after fighting with my ram release bearing and finding out its not compatible with my spec clutch i decided to replace back with new oem release/slave and tick stainless line and remote bleeder.so after putting it all together again for like the 10th time the car will barely shift into gear while the car is running , if your foot is on the brake it wont at all . If the car is off it shifts fine . Im lost i know this vehicle shares one reservoir but why would putting foot on brake make it bot shift into gear at all . Either way when the car is on it will barwly go into gear you really have to force it .

Your slave/throw out bearing is shimmed or installed incorrectly. It is not close enough to the pressure plate and is not letting it disengage

Could be clutch fork and/or throwout bearing installed backwards.

You wouldn't be the first.

There is no clutch fork on this style trans . Slave is factory and has no shims / just bolts in.

Bleeding the lines again might help

Suggestion
Call spec, measure everything from the crank flange to the pressure plate fingers and add it up to get the stack height for the parts you have. Verify it is the same as spec says it should be. What slave do they recommend?
Something else, check your pilot bearing. If it is bad it can keep the input shaft turning even when the clutch is fully disengaged
