UCONN Car Club Show - April 13, 2014

Here's the call for all NEC5 members to attend this years car show at Rentschler Field, East Hartford. There is a trophy for Best Club Participation. Let's bring this one home!!!

I have mapped out the routes to the rally point, Margarita's, 350 Roberts St., East Hartford, CT 06108 which is closed at that time of day.

The show starts letting car's in at 9am, so let's all meet up at the rally point between 9-9:15am and then head out shortly thereafter make our usual BIG SPLASH!

All I can say is WOW!!! What a great club and people we have in it! For such an awesome turnout, I know it was a long winter and we were all just looking for a reason to get our cars our and show them off. Boy did we do that....

The NEC5 Club brought home the bacon with two :

First Place for Club Participation
and
First Place for Club Quality

I would say today, we accomplished that and we were all recognized for representing New England Camaro5 and with high quality cars. I met quite a few of our new members, it was nice talking to everyone again and seeing everyone doing well and in good heath. Outstanding and proud to be associated with you all.

Repaint on the bumper. He posted it somewhere before. Must have been following a plow truck sanding. Road rash!

Haha, I'd like to get in on this but I'm working... as usual.

My car could also use a thorough detail/paint correction/front end repaint. Daily driving is not kind to this car, chips galore!
