Starting issue

I have a stock 2015 Zl1, sometimes after it sits for around 30 minutes or so and I go to start it, it cranks over but won't start up immediately, it can take up to 10 seconds for it to start or I have to retry starting it and then it will start up. Any ideas on what could be going on.
Thanks

No check engine light or any other light, as for temp, if you mean outside temp, it will still do it whether it is 50 degrees or 80 degrees.

Normal cranking, I guess the best way to describe it as it's cranking fine just acts like it's not getting any fuel. The weird part is when it does start normal you hit the key and it fires practically immediately. Shortly after I got the car couple years ago I took it to the dealer and complained about the situation but they could not find anything and now it's getting to the point where it's about out of warranty so I was just trying come up with some ideas.

So it starts right up if it sits overnight but if you drive it then shut off it doesn’t it won’t restart. When it does restart does it stumble, or clean start.

Could be a fuel pump check valve bleeding off your fuel pressure then the pump is not priming correctly.

IDK if this gauge is good but I'd spend $40 to find out how my fuel pressure was while engine running, after shutdown, and on startup.
I've found shops don't do work free and if they e.g. change out the computer and that didn't fix it you can spend $$$ before they find some fuel issue as mentioned above.

I'd look for a leak. I had a diesel many a year ago that had a small hose leak and had similar symptoms. It'd suck air in the link and I'd have to re-prime the pump. Sometimes it would be fine, even over night. Think it depended on the external air pressure.

Document the issue if you still have a warranty.
Good luck!

In my past life(roughly 15 years ago) I worked at a car electronics shop and installed remote starters, alarms radios etc etc. It's a long shot but It sounds similar to the anti-theft system not seeing the key. I think they stall call it Pass Key or pass key III. Typically when they do not see the signal from the chip in the key it will let you crank but does not allow fuel and/or actuate the ignition for spark. This use to show up as a light on the dash I believe an amber or red lock would appear or a message saying security. you mentioned no lights so just something to maybe run past the dealer.
