Manual leather shift knob swap 2013 1ls
Would I be able to buy just the leather knob buy itself and do a straight up swap?Let me see if I get the procedure right
I know my 2013 has a screw but if I can get the chrome trim down and then unscrew it could I then pull the knob off? can I just add the knob and screw it back in? Thanks!

Hallo,
i own a 2013 camaro to. You have to drill the chrome trim a quarter against the clockWise. Then you can pull down the chrome trim and loosen the srew from the shift knob. i have changed my shift knob against a hot rod shift knob. best regards from Germany opossum

Yes, I have a 2014 1LS and switched the knob for a OEM leather one. You pull up on the trim ring while rotating it counter clockwise. The ring and boot will drop down exposing a t25 I believe screw. Unscrew then pull and rotate knob off put on New knob and your done.
