Very interested in the reports on how they grip in the corners and off the line!

I purchased the Zeon RS3-S which looks like the same tire, but they spin pretty bad off the line. (Only 100 miles so far on them) I saw the MT's after I already ordered the Coopers.

Zeon looks the same?

They're very close, but the outside shoulder blocks are a bit different.

they are indeed very close, but if you look at the MT's, every other outside block is not completely cut off from the next.

That being said, after some looking, I ran across some info I forgot a long while ago... cooper bought Mickey Thompson back in 02 or 03... so makes sense that they're marketing the tire under MT name, with a bit different tread design. Hard to say if the compound is the same though.

Cooper owns M/T...... Maybe a different compound than RS3?? Hope they come out with more sizes soon.

I'm telling you the MT and Cooper look like the same tire. It is hard to get a good picture of My RS3's and I should have taken a picture before I had them mounted.

Plus:

MT Street Comp UTQG rating 300 AA A
Cooper Zeon RS3 UTQG rating 300 AA A

Being that the same company makes them it is highly likely they are the same?
Plus they where within $20-$40 difference for a set of 4.
