I got an update!
My baby is now at event code 3000. I think I woke my son up with my scream. I called the 1-800 number and she couldn't find my order nuber so she called the dealer then put us on three way and he looked my order up then and there. I'm excited..At least she's moving!

I guess this is a stupid questions but how and when do you find out what event code your car order is at?
I ordered mine on 14APR09 so I know its still early but im just wondering when im supposed to see such a thing... |

I ordered in oct. and my dealer has never ever given me an event code, ever!!!!!!!!!!!! The last time i heard from my dealer (and the only time in 7 months by the way)--was march 13th---he told my car was picked up by GM and my tpw was the week of april 6th to 12th.. ok i fell for it again---sent on another false mission with that fake tpw-------
So now its april 20th--thats 38 days from my last contact---i had a friend that helped once on here that said i was at 3000 thats was over 2 weeks ago---so its taken me 38 days---5 AND A HALF WEEKS AND STILL DONT KNOW MY EXACT LEVEL--PLEASE DONT SAY CALL MY DEALER---THE LAST TIME I CALLED HE WAS VERY VERY SHORT WITH ME--BASICALLY TELLING ME TO NOT CALL AGAIN THAT THEY WILL CALL ME IF MY CAR MOVES-Iwas the dealerships number one priority--and was taken number 1 by GM---I see lots of you guys are moving and getting vins#---that absolutely great!!!!!! Mine is coming-- for me I guess its a little more sitting and waiting |

Congrats on the move. Dont fret over the lack of some of the cars not moving as quick. It sounds like some dealers orders might be slowed up waiting for credit clearance on floorplan funding. Not a known fact but it is being suggested on some of the other threads. Also some get delayed because of color and parts availability so a lot of variables here. But 3000 is a hell of a lot closer than 1100 so enjoy it and it will be made soon.
