If I had to take a wild guess, I think this will only work for 2011 models and up...

I'm a 17 year old teenager that uses facebook and even I think facebook is ridiculous. Why not just enjoy driving your car? Do you really have to post a status while driving? You can post on facebook from your computer, your phone, your iPod, your tv, and now your car. What use is it? It's stupid.

Great, another distraction for drivers. Like there werent enough already. Its sad to think of the innocent lives that will be affected because someone was more worried about their facebook than paying attention to their driving.

They were integrating twitter 18 months ago, so it shouldn't be any different. Don't let them fool you into thinking you need new hardware for this like they got so many technologically inept luddites to buy into the "needs new hardware to run OnStar SmartPhone App" nonsense.
