The wheels would be rotated accross correct? thats all you would need for even wear assuming your alignment and balance were correct

hmmm...interesting point...

also wanted to add, you see how smoothly they did the transition.....

We can do none of the things you stated you wanted in a car, but heres a link to the nearest dealer who can sell you that car we could not change to your taste anyways.......

How did they give him the finger? They just told him the truth, same with any manufacturer. It's not the 60's any more where you could just about order a car any way you could imagine.

Here's an idea for the wheels. Find out if the rear rims will fit on the front. If they do trade with another 1LE owner. One of you get the front and one of you get the rears. The person who gets the rears will be able to get wider tires all the way around when they need replacing. Win, win.

You can rotate the tires. They have to be taken off the rims and remounted and balanced. The rims stay were they are but the tires move to different locations.

Sounds good. Also wider=better handling, and the narrower one for better looks, from what We can see on the actual tires.

I said WHEELS!

Yes, you can rotate the tires. No, you can NOT rotate the wheels.

Grow up.

As one who owned 2 IROCZs that had different offsets front to rear, it is really not a big deal to pull the tires off and remount for rotating.
But I quit rotating them because I was buying 180 tread wear tires that only lasted 20k miles so there was no reason to rotate.
And secondly, I have owned 3cadillac SRXs that had 235s up front and 255s on the rear.
Obviously they can't be rotated. They wore fine.
I know have a GTO with 8.5" rims front and 9.5" on the rear. They can't be rotated.
They are wearing perfectly.
These are performance cars, the tires aren't going to last 60k Miles. Why bother at all with rotating?

I thought that if the tires were dirrectional they can't be swapped side to side?
