Price Check: New ZL1 2013

I want to buy myself a birthday present (just turned 30)

It's not my favorite color, and I like the black wheels better. But I like a good deal best. This is at my local dealer.

Left over, new, 2013 ZL1

Is this as good of a price I am going to get? Thank you for your help!

This must not be a very good deal if nobody wants to respond.

Send a message via Yahoo to Russo
you could probably beat them up a little more.. especially in the interest rate

Happy 30th. I think it's a good price...if you are happy with that car. If you really want a different color, trans, options (you know what I mean) then is never a good enough price.

If you want the car put an offer on the table and see what they say. Nothing to loose.

Might have to go talk to them in the morning and show a little interest. It has been sitting on the lot for a good 6 months

That is a good price for new - cheapest I have seen is 55k.
Not sure what the temperature is down there but research/ask about the summer only tires. See if they will swap out as new. Not supposed to drive on OEM tires (rated approx 12k) if it is under 40.

I didn't think there were any tires that fit those wheels that weren't specifically summer tires

I like the red with silver wheels. The tires on the zl1 are not supposed to be run on any temp lower than either 40 or 20 degrees. I would look into all the programs they offer. When I bought my Malibu I had a private offer coupon, farm bureau, and the gm card for seven thousand in rebates on a $23000 sticker price car. The offers weren't that strong the year before when I bought my ss.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. I'd check around and see what other dealers are asking for one similar. Offer them $48K and see what they say. And why it's still sitting at that price, not everyone has $50K to spend on a "part-time" car. If you get snow or temps in the low 40s forget about it, those summer tires turn to hockey pucks in cold temps. I usually like taking the hiway off ramp at 70 going into that curve, but even at 50 degrees I have to really slow it down or the ass end tries to take the lead. Stick like glue when temps are 70 and above. So if you have another car for the cold/bad weather days, I'd say try to make a deal!

The ZL1 is a badass machine. Crazy power and can take turns that will have your passenger piss themselves. The No Lift Shifting is my favorite feature, of course the consequence is you'll average 2 or 3 mpg's whenever you get the urge to let her rip.
Fun Fun Fun!!!...
