How much torque on strut rod?

I am installing my Eibach spring kit and I have a question. How much torque do I apply to the rod nut and jam nut on the top of my struts? I cant find any info on it but I know several members have already installed this kit in thier rides. Any help I would greatly appreciate.

Hi forumz, the upper strut nut should be torqued to 65 lb-ft, and the spring retaining nut should also be torqued to 65 lb-ft. Hope that helps!

Thanks, that does help. Should I torque them with the car on the ground or up on jackstands? Or does it even matter?

We recommend to torque the upper strut nuts with the vehicle on level ground, and suspension settled etc.
