Stolen Kenne Bell
Hey guys, I see aecannon is trying to get rid of my Kenne Bell 3.6. He paid me via paypal $4000, and I sent him the blower. He then got paypal to refund him, and hangs up when I try to call him. Just warning anyone who tries to buy the kenne bell 3.6 from him.

Stole it? .... what the hell ever. I paid you for a blower I had to go get reconditioned, injectors that weren't in the kit, an intercooler that was BADLY damaged and tons of other misc. parts missing. I addressed this with you on the phone/text, gave you a chance to make it right. You said you would, then ignored me and every attempt i made to get in touch with you (i still have the texts and afterwards the numerous paypal emails sent to you regarding the issue). I went through Paypal to dispute it, you ignored that as well. I escalated the dispute to a claim and yet, you still ignored it. They refunded the money for your ignorance of resolution. Trying to step out on making something right caused you your own problem. I wouldn't buy free air from you if given the chance.
You think just because your rich as hell you can put people off and ignore them and placate their interest and disappear. No man, you left me with a ton of problems that cost me a great deal of money to resolve, and when given the chance to step up and make it right, you dipped out and turned your back and pretty much said "whatever" by saying nothing at all. I went through the right channels to resolve it and it got resolved, properly and legally. Next time you try and screw someone, refer to my license plate. Please, make your case. I did everything legally and under all the terms and conditions of the sale. There's a legal term you might want to familiarize yourself with when it comes to disputes and ignoring them. It's called "Forfeiture". You did that to yourself. Not me. |

Sounds like your bases are covered.
PayPal would have contacted him. He obviously ignored them and you if they refunded. Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 2

You cannot get a refund from Paypal unless your case is proven to be correct. Yes, exactly. I had to go through A MONTH of dispute/claim time before they negated the sale...and that was AFTER weeks of trying to resolve the issue directly and being ignored. Ignoring me was putting it light.

If you got your money back from PayPal ace...why didn't you send the blower back? Just wondering, are you entitled to the blower for free because you spent money for replacement parts? THIS IS GONNA BE GOOD!

Good question, except for the fact that I asked for the address to send it back. Yet again all I heard was crickets. Paypal wouldn't even give me an address to ship it back to. So I spent TONS of money fixing the kit and replacing all the damaged parts. Start adding up the parts with KB and you'll find it comes a bit close to what I spent for the blower. There's a reason why the kit new is nearly $8-9K. So am I entitled to the blower for free. No. But once I spent the money on the repairs and replacement...start doing the math and the answer is yes. I could always back charge the guy. But really, do think THAT bill is going to be paid if the first incident was ignored. Not a chance.
