BTR PDS Stage 3 vs 4 Cam

I'm putting a crate LSA engine in a first gen camaro. Full exhaust, 2.55 upper, 9.17 lower, ported snout with 102mm throttle body. The question is, should I get the BTR PDS Stage 3 or 4 cam? The car only weighs around 3000 lbs and currently has a T56 Magnum transmission with 4.11 gears in the rear (i may change to 3.73's at some point). With stock heads is the Stage 4 cam too much? Im good with any rough idle, the car obviously isn't a daily. Thanks
