Yeah I already cancelled that one. Likely going Epco but doing a little more looking.

I wanted to go with the Abrams weighted knob but I procrastinated to long and the website no longer works.

Hi there. I can be wrong but as I can see nobody takes retro stick, why? Is it good looking, can someone share picture of it? Thanks a lot.

Ok going with the Epco weighted knob in black. Adding the six speed pattern. Big question is do I keep the pattern uncolored, grey, white or see if they can do orange since my camaro is inferno orange?

This is what went in my inferno orange Camaro. Ordered everything from MGW. Also note that in this picture the shifter is in neutral if that gives you an idea on how much further it sits back than stock. I had the Hurst before this one and it didn't sit back this far either. I actually love the position of it.

I really liked that knob. Problem was weight. It’s super lightweight and I wanted to go ahead and get something weighted.

Position is certainly different. I have high hopes. Haven’t heard a single person say mgw isn’t great.

Well I went ahead and ordered the flat stick in black, along with the epco weighted knob in black coal with silver etched shifter pattern. I’m excited (even though the car is in storage for winter now. Lol.

Be sure to post up pics. Especially of the knob. Curious how it will look with the colored diagram.

Will do. I struggled with the color pattern. If I don’t like, I have some inferno orange touch up I can try.

What does the factory knob weigh? I’m curious how it compares to these “weighted” aftermarket knobs.

I understand there are several OE knobs; I’m mostly interested in the suede ZL1/1LE knob.

I think that knob is weighted, but let’s wait for someone else more knowledgeable to chime in. I thought I saw a post that had it at like 14 oz or so.
