ZL-1 Lug Nut Torque

I've changed my brake pads to the Hawk Ceramic pads and called my local Chevrolet Dealer to get the torque settings to put my wheels back on correct - They are telling me to torque the aluminum wheels to 85# of torque because they have experienced wheels cracking above this - I was going to torque to 140# as I thought this was correct - What's the groups thought on torqueing the wheels after taking them off?

My manual says 110 ft-lbs (2013).

85 ft-lbs is not correct.

Check your manual. On my 2013 ZL1, I torque them to the 110 that the manual calls out.

I have the polished stock wheels with 42k miles and never a cracking issue.
The car has been on a few road courses and the drag strip. Still no issues.
