Black no bowtie. Looks way better without the bowtie IMO, plus I have noticed the bowties never look flush on the heritage grille. They always look like they are falling off.

Black with no bowtie. My grill should be in in the next few days and this is the route i chose. I will post pics when installed. It all depends on the look tou are trying to achieve with your ride. Im going for a sinister look, so the black makes sense to me.

I just ordered the lower bumper billet grille from Stillen. It is a Street Scene black powder coated billet grille. It is the cut out type. According to the instructions, the bumper must be removed and there isn't any cutting. Fasteners are supplied to fasten it. I'll post up pictures as I install it. Cost is $145 shipped.

Its easy. you use 4 self tapping screws to attach at 4 of the existing mount tabs. Just be sure to have it all lined up and even when viewing from the front.

Alright guys, I ordered the body color Heritage grille from GMPartsDirect and I HOPE to have it by Friday so I can install it in time for the car show Saturday-- we'll see. In the meantime, I have added 20% window tint with a 5% strip across the brow (upper windshield) and the RS badges to the fenders. She is coming along, am thinking of making a build thread to show the progress but I don't know if anyone is that interested, LOL!
