I reserved 3 or 4 rooms in anticipation of other club members going, but it looks like I'll be the only one. Will probably cancel the extras formally in the next day or two. I am also willing to auction them off and just transfer the name on the room

Just thought I would share with you all if you are having trouble finding rooms by the host hotel - check out the towns of Brownsburg or Plainfield. They are a little closer to the track (Brownsburg is closest) - but have also more dining options around them.
