Very soon (I know not soon enough) you will no longer need to have us post up. You will do it with your own cars, your own road trips, your own stories, real stories. Stories not built from the good fortune of your employer handing you the keys for a few months, but stories around your lives, your passion and your driving one of the greatest cars on the road. And best of all we can enjoy some real burn out videos. Not Chief Engineer burn outs, not press review burn outs, but real honest to God bury the car in smoke burn outs.

So to Camaro5 and the real and virtual friends I have met here, I thank you. For letting me tease you a bit and also for letting me share my excitement over the Camaro with all of you over the past 3 months.

Couldn't have said it better myself!

Thanks for keeping the faith.......and for your friendships!

But - if you go to some other sites, you'll find there are some people who don't like the car -- and are very vocal about it....

I'm hopeful that once they see the car -- and ride and drive in one, they'll perhaps change their opinion.........

they will change their opinion, i have had MANY friends do this, and my Brother (Die-Hard Mustang fan) change his views, now he doesnt want to hurt my baby when i get it, this car is amazing, people who have gotten bored of the design, go and see it person, and then cant stop drooling over it, i dont what you guys did, but you did a FANTASTIC job and i could never tell you how much i appreciate what you have all done. Thank You

+ 1 to the thread. this car has not only given me a reason to save my money and not burn holes in my pocket, but has also managed to convince the bulk of my import friends to come to the light(american muscle)

I have never been this excited about any car whatsoever. thanks again. and again. and again. and again

I have a few co-workers looking at a V6 for a daily driver now. One is a import guy and the other is a mopar guy. They all liked the looks from the get-go, but after seeing the MPG, HP and other specs vs. the price, they are seriously considering a trade-in once the camaro is on the dealer lot and available for under MSRP. Based on my experience around here, the Camaro will be a bigger hit than what most people think.

As for me............. I LOVE IT.
