G.M. BLADE SPOILER AND SCRIPT CAMARO NAME EMBLEM
Today added the G.M. Bade spoiler color matched from Rodgers Chevrolet. To It I added the retro Camaro by Chevrolet emblem to the right corner. That and the others I have done come from Classic Ind's.In a couple of weeks will have the black stripes added that are on order from Camaro decal store. These are made to match the factory matte black stripes for any of the aftermarket spoilers and G.M. certified. They come 6" or 12" lengths. Also with the spoiler got a Rodger's tote bag with goodies. Four soft towels, a hat,key fob and a 100 year anniversary pin.

SPOILER ADJUSTMENT
O.k., picky as I am I had to adjust the trunk height to make the spoiler sections even as to height to each other. The trunk lid was down to the right. I had to lower the mount position off the trunk latch(the one on the car body, not the lid) Then was able to adjust the left/right bumpers to get the right height. Also made the lid flush with the body as it wasnt before.Could the end pcs come down a 1/32" or so and readjust the center? Sure but not worth the effort to do

69 SCRIPT CAMARO NAME EMBLEMS FOR THE FENDERS
O.k. I finally completed the retro theme emblems for the car. All from Classic industries, GM licenced.I'm old school, older then most on this forum ..lol so it's appropriate I guess
These are the 69 Script Camaro fender emblems and I got one more of the 68-69 "Camaro by Chevrolet" for the top left fascia, same as the one on the rear I have. All in the same spots or close as the 1st gen with some "artistic licence" as well. I like these better then the big bland block style Chevy uses and fits in with this retro car. They are there, just not in your face, as the car doesnt need to advertise what it is,imo. Also adjusted the outboard spoiler sections I mentioned before. All good now.Still waiting for the spoiler stripes. I hope in a week or two I will have them. |

Angle corrected for the right side fender name
O.k., Not a big deal here but wanted the corrected pic up. I fixed the right side Camaro name. Was angled upward toward the front instead of angled down to follow the body line. Got turned around when I did this side and the measurements, Man barely had it just touching the car so I can adjust them a bit to be sure they are right, but that is all the 2 sided tape needs to grab on! Had to take it off and redue the tape but all good.
This week spoiler stripes will be here and then to have them put on. Hopefully they did a good job and they match as they say they will.Hopefully will be on the 29th |

Looks great Rick! I'm actually digging those emblems man. Classic industries did a great job with them, and price is spot on. I'll have to do some thinking about it, as I may get the front one in white. Did you just use adhesive backing to stick on the front emblem or is there a bracket to fit on the heritage grill?
