LPW Rear support cover
Trying to get info on whether it is worth installing one of these? I have 704 RWHP with a manual tranny. Any one running this or something similar?

I have one. Easy install. It is just a simple cover swap, just has two extra bolts to apply preload to the differential caps. It helps strengthen the entire diff.

in a manual car, ANYTHING to help the rear is critical . Go for it. Its an inexpensive and easy upgrade

Is this a drain diff fluid, take off old cap, put on new cap, refill?

I've actually broken a stock rear diff cover it broke clean off where it connected to the mount. And yeah it just bolts right on no need to drop the diff

I'm using BMR in mine. Along with my Trutrac and gears, the cover and bushings will add some noise.
Basically, yes. The cover also slightly increases the amount of fluid for a factory drain and fill.

Pretty much. In addition to that, you need to torque the bearing cap bolts down, but it's easy enough.

I just ordered an LPW Cover for the 1LE 3.91 Rear I bought. I'll be running the BMR Poly/Delrin Combo bushing kit on it: BK046.

Hendrix delrin offsets in mine. Kept popping the drivers axel out of the diff road racing — factory bushing had enough at 600 RWHP...
