So I have a rock chip and huge crack in my windshield. I was quoted 258 dollars from safelite. Do you guys have any other opions on where to get it replaced? I figured the dealer would be atleast double that price.

That seems pretty cheap, is it the same OEM windshield you were quoted on? I think the brand is Pilkington.

That's really cheap. My quote for my 15 was over $500. That was for the correct OEM style glass for HUD cars.

Thats interesting..HUD cars has different type of glass than non-HUD cars?

I am on my 3rd

windshield, these are $800.00 windshields for OEM. My dealer too did mine for $500.00+

No deductible glass coverage thru State farm is less than 100$ a year.so you'd better check with your agent before throwing away money.
