The Chemical Guys Products
Hey guys this is my Camaro 2010 SS after i did couple things.
It actually remove some spots in the paint of my car. I was kind of surprised because it remove some scratches and the heavy ones you cannot see them too much. I wish i took some before pics for better examples I used the Chemical Guys products ! 1.First i wash the car. 2. Applied a medium clay bar. 3. Polish the car. I used the buffing machine and applied the products in sections of 2'x2'. (Compound V36 and V38). 4. Glaze product. (Applied with the buffing machine) 5. Sealant.(Applied with the buffing machine) 6. Wax. (By Hand) Last edited by inglopez19; 11-28-2017 at 06:06 PM. |

Nice work.
What you'll want to do now is wash/dry the car properly to avoid putting defects back in it. Here's the best procedure to keep your paint looking great.

One thing that's not mentioned in the video is use of pressure. You want to use as light of pressure as possible with your wash mitt/pad, and drying towel. Using pressure is not necessary, and will significantly increase the possibility of scratching the surface. Always think "Lightly Wipe". Never think "Scrub". A single small grain of sand, or hard dirt particle grinded into your clear coat from using pressure can ruin all the hours you spent to make your car look great.

Looks great. Nothing prettier than a perfectly clean and polished black car.
I have the same compounds and Jetseal for my truck. Also bought the Torq 22D orbital. Still haven't gotten around to the truck. My car has ceramic coat on it. Chemical Guys are about 10 miles from my house.
