I shaved mine. I think I put a pic in this post. Didn't like the corvette cover

You did a great job on that. Certainly a lot more work!

I had a welder notch out my strut brace and weld more back inside to reinforce what he did
Thank you, after seeing it shaved on top I may take that route and then have nothing to worry about with the brace.

What did you use to fill in the four holes? I was thinking about attempting what you accomplished but I can tell there’s a lot more then grinding and sanding.

So you are probably pulling about 500hp at the crank instead of 455 now if you gained 30 RWHP.

I hit up emblempros and they said there already working on a direct fit overlay sticker/emblem that will make it say Camaro instead of corvette.. not sure when it will b out but might b worth the wait

I've installed the lt2 intake now, too. With the Lt1 intake was on full load lambda 0.82-0.83. Now 0.78 ! Does the tune have to be changed or why is that?

Likely because the throttle body placement changed relative to the air box, the intake hose is clocked on a different angle and is drawing air differently across the MAF. Also, you could be pulling deeper into the MAF curve and it needs to get rescaled to stay in that window.

Should be easy enough to trim that back in line

I just peeled off the Corvette lettering with a heat gun and replaced it with some wrap for now. I will add their sticker emblem depending on their design.
