Must be cheaper for businesses I guess. To ship a small 1lb box to your zip, USPS quoted $47 and UPS $31. Not sure why it's so outrageous. My zip is 46818 if you'd like to check for yourself.

can this be ran without the engine cover on? also in the 1le kit it looks like it came with a pcv pipe not hose, did u modify?

Yes you can run it without the engine cover and yes they do come with a hard plastic hose from the factory. The connector on it won’t work with aftermarket intakes though, hence the rubber hose.
