Thanks Ivan, that helps a lot. I need to run by Home depot and see if I can find a black exterior silicon, I'm sure they have something.

They sure do! Its my part time job and used some exterior silicone to seal mine up. Just make sure it's 100% silicone, it should say it on the container.

It's more intimidating than it is difficult. Now that I've done it a few times I'm not so worried about breaking something lol

Ok got everything taking apart I'm baking the headlight. Is the Video good to do 220 degrees for 20 minuts?

Yeah, those numbers are spot on .... careful they get HOT! I wore the thick gloves when handling mine. I routed the wires through one of the "black band-aids" on the housing and RTV'd it to death for the seal. Created some 4 wire quick connects using PC old style disk drive power connectors from my "20 year parts box" 'cuz I was using RGBs which are 4 wire.

I'm having major issues. I can't take it apart it looks like all the seal is broken but won't come apart. Please help

if you cant get it open try puting the light in the oven for 5to8mins longer then try again with the flathead screwdriver

try it again keep going around the light even if you can get the screwdriver down through the seal in one spot then pry the lens open that should do it.

make it 15mins and bump the temp up to 250.... but keep a watch on it make sure you dont melt the tabs i have done that before

I already broke 2 Tabs lol. I'm just going to put more silicon. Then when it dries but more silicon in the edges.
