My only feedback is I do think that $100 for drag racing and auto cross is high enough to keep most people on the side lines. I would suggest offering a separate admission for each, or only offer one each day.
The cost didnt keep me away it was more that my car only had 700 miles on it and a fear of damaging it. Not again. Next time, go pro and I am gonna ride.

Hey, man...That's a decent point! I went today. There were some awesome cars there today! I drove down from NY, I'm going to spend 200$ on gas round trip. When I got there 100$ to drive my car on the track. So I guess because I raced I got more out of it... Then i took a walk through vendors row and realized that for 20$ the camaro 5 guys and our supportive vendors pull of 50 companies. We had pfadt from UT, Adams from CA, Pedders from TX, East coast supercharging, Barton from NY and ACS from Canada. If you think about it, you could drive to get to all these great companies and spend the travel time and gas form the several thousand miles. Or you could drive a couple hours and spend 20$ to get in C5 Fest. Then maybe you didn't want to see any of these guys, or experience the pure enthusiasm that is displayed at the Fest. If so why did you come at all?

I think some of you should think about the amount of risk that was taken setting this up. Very few groups would commit to an entire race facility and everything else associated with the event before having any idea of how many people will participate. There are a lot of costs you don't know about. $20 bucks for the weekend is understandable.

IM JUST SAYING I EXPECTED MORE! Haha jiminny Christmas . . And if I were the others who spent much more money to get there and stay there I'd be even more disappointed. No, 20 dollars isn't bad for an awesome car show event . . This just wasnt one imho.

Understand your point, but the question to ask is - what did you expect? Not bashing, just asking.

It is a 100% volunteer. $20 is the cost to allow an event like this to even occur. It doesn't get any cheaper. Heck, that is the cost of a pair of wiper blades.

Attended C5F1 and C5F2. Would have gone to this one if it didn't directly conflict with vacation dates. It's as much about the camaraderie as the event itself. Where else can you meet and make so many new friends for $20? Lots of great people. Members met at previous Fests are now very good friends.

Complaining about 20 bucks? That wouldn't pay for a movie and snacks.

Missing the point. The Dark Knight was an amazing movie and I was fully entertained for 2 hrs and 45 min haha . . Today at the fest I wasn't. Also, I'm not saying I won't go next year bc I will! Next year I will join in on the night life and get the full experience as well . . Just a little disappointed that's all . . I had a pretty good time nevertheless

Good for you. If you take in the whole experience it really can be a blast.
