Top Speed Question
Not that I will ever do it but just curious about the following. I know the SS is speed limited to 155. If the speed limiter was taken off how fast do you think a stock SS would go?

hmmm i forget where i read it but they took the SS out to the salt flats or somewhere and it topped near 186 =)

The article I read had a stock Camaro SS with the exception of the limiter being removed. It hit a top speed of 174.4 mph.

I read that the M6 LLT with 20" tires will do 155,though I'll never know

Could have sworn I read that it was 171... how many top speed are there hahaha. My personal top speed is 134

Well top speed will change with wind.. depending on you have a tail wind or head wind..

The only speed limiter in my SS is the passenger, I'm married too......Like the old E. F. Hutton advertisement........She speaks, I listen, obey, etc........... LOL

I've seen 145 and plan to attend the Miami Mile next go around. With a tune of course! I want 174 MPH!
