so you wanna give some hints on how you did that? like how you got the mesh and led's to stick and were you ran the wiers for the lights. but that has got to be the best one i have seen yet

You can pull the heat shield off the underside of the plastic cover. All the wires are run under that and remain hidden and shielded once you put that back on. As far as the mesh and leds go I used an adhesive called LOCTITE repair extreme. Its supposed to be waterproof, vibrationproof, and good for extreme temps from - 50 to 500 degrees.

Yup, I took off that black cover off the back and polished it up a bit.

We did make it, as a prototype piece only. It is not something we can sell with logos right now.
So we can make the peice, but only certain thing can be on them for now.
After seeing how this turned out we will be submitting it for licensing.

Billet Polish: First time I used a cloth, then I used a Drill with a buffer on it & it Polished it more....Just make sure you put some rags around cause it squirts all over if your not careful..

Ok i think i got this down now.(uploading pic) Here is what i did today. I plan on carrying over a similar version to the engine cover so hopefully on my next day off i can finish the rest.
