Plans are in the works for a "Modern Muscle" car show, tent planned for July 29th, 2012 to be held in Racine, WI. The plans are to start with 2005 and newer. This would be open to 5th gen Camaro, Mustangs, Challengers along with Monte Carlos, Magnums, GTOs, Corvettes (Modern American Muscle) etc. 2005 was the starting point due to the intro of the present Mustang body,the reintro of the Hemi and of coarse the new Camaro was on the drawing board. The plans are to have classes with awards. Alot of "classic" car shows have added "modern muscle' classes, but this would be dedicated only to todays muscle cars. Local dealerships have expressed interest in sponsorship participation. This event is being organized not by a club, but people who have been involved with "classic" car shows. A couple of us own older Camaros. All proceeds will be dedicated to a charity. All of the details will be released as we move forward. Share this with your Mustang, Challenger, Camaro friends as well as anybody that might be interested. Please share your thoughts with me!

It would be a good excuse to visit family in Racine.

Got a wedding late July in Jamaica. Don't know exact dates when I will be gone. If I am home I would make that trip.
