front license plate mount
Must I drill into the fascia or any other good ideas to mount the plate? (ticket waiting to happen)

Welcome to the forum. There are alot of options available to you. I would certainly recommend not drilling into the bumper if possible. Search on this site "license plate mount" and you'll find all your options. I actually use a remote control license plate mount so when the car is in a show, my plate disappears.
