LSR has a great price(send them a pm)! I'm gonna order one next week. It seems risky to spend to much since second gear grind could all of the sudden effect you. Seems to not happen with any particular shifter and most people dont have a problem.

another vote for Barton. Adjustable height, lots of appearance options for the shift knob and the stick. No rattle or issues like other shifters seem to have. Stand-up people to deal with that will answer the phone and help you out if needed. Check out their website and call them, you wont regret it. Hurst is just a name, why pay more $ for a shifter that rattles? I've had lots of compliments over this year while I've had mine.
