Total Loss '14 1SS/RS value????
So my most treasured SS was destroyed in a crash and is now a total loss. I got a price from the insurance to buy it back but I have no idea what it is worth in its current state. The car hit a semi then powerslided into a guard rail @60-70ish mph. Anyone know what a fair price for it is like this? Any help is appreciated. New to posting in forum so if this is not the right place to ask please let me know where I should have it.

Yeah that's what I figured. Part it out or sell whole thing for parts was my plan but I don't know what is a reasonable price for it. Has driver and passenger airbags still and everything under the hood seems good. Radio may be ok but everything else is toast from what I saw. Any idea what this could be worth?

I think if you take a video of it running showing the cluster with miles, (and theyre low), and want to deal with palleting and shipping you could realistically get $6,000 for the motor/trans pullout, maybe throw in the fuel tank, if the headlights aren't damaged there is $650 or so, tail lights, $300, if the hood isn't damaged maybe $500. Wheel with bag, $300, all the brake parts, maybe $350, few hundred in other misc stuff, and maybe $100 in scrap. I think if you didn't get in a big hurry and took the effort you could realistically part it out for prob $8500 or so.
