A dead or old tired battery can cause this or a bad ground.

Check the main ground in the trunk.

Replace the battery if its over 6 years old.

Checked all that. New plugs & wires. New ground wire. New Battery. Recent replaced starter & alternator. Runs great in garage. Moving.... Same problem again today. Thanks for advice... any other ideas?

There are lots of things that can cause it so far you have covered some of the more obvious ones .

Here are some more areas for you to check

For the fuel filter/pump just check your pressure at the rail you should have 58 psi

Engine misfires
Bad Fuel
A weak fuel pump
A dirty fuel filter
A defective Throttle Body or TPS sensor
Faulty wheel hubs
The ABS wheel speed sensors
Faulty ABS pump
A faulty steering wheel position sensor
A faulty Yaw sensor
A broken brake switch
A faulty Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM)

Even your parking brake switch or function could cause it

I would do the low hanging fruit like the first 5 I listed and hope that cures it

Then you might want to get a good mechanic to scan it if its still F'D up

Do you have any other codes or a check engine light on?

You need to clear or remedy them first

Good Luck

Since the message happens when you start moving, you should take a look at the ABS wheel speed sensor wires and connectors, which are vulnerable to damage.

But as stated by 102SS, there are a number of potential causes once you have a fresh well grounded battery.

It sounds like you might have an issue with the data network. All of those problems have their own module to control it. Other than voltage and ground issues, that's about the only thing they have in common. Or you might have a damaged/corroded connector, but you would have to study the wiring diagrams to see if all of the problems areas share one.

Problem FIXED! Here is my issue I had, and what fixed it.
I have a 2011 2SSRS Automatic with 121k miles and No mods (wife's car).
After the "Service Stabilitrak" message and CEL appeared, the car began running like crap. I completed the following series of fixes which did Not work. This was a process of elimination:

Replaced the Battery, which was 5 years old.
Cleaned all ground cable connections in the trunk and all grounds in engine compartment.
Cleaned the positive battery cable from the battery to the engine compartment.
Replaced all 8 plugs.
Replaced all 8 plug wires.
Replaced #6 injector (because the misfire code pointed to #6).
Cleaned the throttle body, and added injector cleaner to the fuel tank.
Replaced the *"Crank Sensor" (because another code pointed to the crank sensor).
Repaired the heat damaged crank sensor plug wire, behind the starter.
Replaced the complete engine wiring harness.
Replaced all 4 abs wheel sensors.

After all of these repairs I did, and having the same results, I threw my hands up and took it to the dealership. The dealership discovered the problem was the New FAULTY CRANK SENSOR, that I purchased from ROCK AUTO. Every part I purchased was a GM Genuine / AC Delco part. I have never had any previous issues purchasing parts from Rock Auto, but this time the part did Not work. Believing the Rock Auto crank sensor was good, I overlooked it and moved on to the next problem, which caused me to throw additional unnecessary parts and time at it. Lesson Learned.

At any rate, the car is back on the road and happy again.

Not sure that he "came back" or how his problem relates to this thread since this is his first post.
