Yep....... sucks that the weather is getting bad now. Did a few pulls tonight to validate the BAP was setup correctly now ready to get started on the install.

So after getting back from my trip to Kansas for my daughters graduation from Kansas State I finally got busy. Got a lot done today wired up the Reflex brain and mounted it in the same spot a few others have used. I'll make a cover to protect it. Plates are in place and and injectors are plugged up.

Going to have to lose the covers for the valve covers and the intake but not planning on showing the engine bay any longer so no big deal. Overall a pretty straight forward install. I didn't even read the instructions just watched Mikes videos a few times before and during the install process. As long as you take your time its pretty easy.

Tomorrow I'll work on the fuel lines and tightening things up. Thanks to all those that posted your installs made it easier to do reading up on your process along the way.

Looking good, remember to increase the hose sizes on your PCV system.

Looking good. I used some 1/8" thick double sided adhesive firm foam tape between the reflex and the "frame" to help with vibration and movement of the box. The zip ties will loosen over time and im sure any vibration isnt going to be good on the electronics, although im sure they are designed for some. The ds tape was more to keep it from moving if the zip ties stretched or loosened over time. I have been considering using some large metal hose/band clamps instead of zip ties, but so far the ds tape and zip ties are ok.

Im interested in seeing what routing you end up doing for the fuel lines. I had several ideas, i dont think i ended up the with the best routing, but it worked. Wondering if the LT2 has better or worse clearance around the hpfp area. That was a bit of a pain getting the 180 degree fitting in a configuration i was comfortable with.

I used some double sided tape on mines also thought that was a smart move. As far as the rails one of the pictures I posted shows the difference in the rails I already had (the black one) and the thpsi rails. They are a little thicker so that's going to take away my clearance for the intake cover. As far as clearance for the hpfp since I was already using the black spacers to clear the LT4 highside pump. If you did want to upgrade you should be good to go.

Currently routing the fuel lines now and I'm going with the setup you used with the flex sensor coming off the driver side rail then into the hpfp.

Finally have the fuel lines ran. Taking my time with the process because I don't plan on going back in there. The pictures are kind of dark but the flex sensor is on the passengers side and looping back down around to the hpfp. I think that was your 2nd option CJ but exactly the way Laynlo5 has his setup.

I'll go back out and tighten up everything tomorrow after work. Hopefully get the intake back on also. Had to get longer bolts for the LT2 since the plates are larger than the original ones I was using. Original size was M6-1.0 75MM so now will use M6-1.0 80MM.

So I hit a snag tonight when installing the LT2 intake. Actually sits up too high and was hitting the elbow where the flex fuel sensor was so I had to get creative. I took an angled fitting and made a small fuel line to allow the sensor to sit against the firewall. The pics I posted show the angled fitting and the new location of the sensor. Did a test fit and all is well so I will finish it back up tomorrow.
