Getting tuned today since i added my cam

I'm headed to get my car tuned shortly.... hoping for some good numbers, will post em when i get back later today.

Here is my current mods:

LMR Cold air
Doug Throley LT w/out cats
SLP LM II exhaust
Texas Speed Cam 231 / 236 .641 / .615

Did you do the cam install yourself? If so, how long did it take?

I just got home... it did what i was hoping

480.3 rwhp and 445.3 tq.

I will post a picture of the dyno sheet shortly.

It wasn't too bad while driving, but it wouldn't idle very well until i put 200+ miles on it. Now... since the tune this morning, its back like normal, obviously it jerks at low speed and RPM, but very nice now.

Myself and 3 others from my club done it. It was actually very simple... took about 12 hours total from the time i pulled it in the shop till i was headed back home.

Check with Texas Speed... they have the VVT cams both with new lifters and stock.

Awesome #'s! This cam seems to always make good.

Did you stay with a single bolt cam or did you convert to 3 bolt?
