Door not unlock with key - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Did a search and could not find anything. Maybe just not using correct terms. But the wifes 2011 SS drivers door will not unlock with the key. The fob works just fine. But for some reason it will not unlock the door with the key. Cylinder turns but no unlock. Anyone have a clue how to fix this or do I just replace the lock mechanism in the door? Thanks for any help.

Lock rod might have fallen off lock mechanism or at lever inside the door.
