if you didn't supercharge, i would probably invest about 2 grand in a sound system, and just do all the usual bolt ons, cai, exhaust, get a good tune, maybe upgrade the wheels and tires(although i prefer the stock ones).

I just got the rims powder coated black want to get slp headers and slp axel back exhaust plus kandN intake with a good sound sys and leather seats. But eventually a tune.

CAI Tune 416 stroker kit Cam Then use what's left over to do a few cosmetic upgrades

The 416 stroker will be a little more than $8000, unless you can do the work yourself! Mine was close to 10 grand! I would go with a nice cam ( that's good for a DD), and the supporting mods if you don't already have them, then use the rest for either suspension or cosmetic mods!
