would it be to much to include a "general" pricing by the links above?

I didn't see a clip of a stock exhaust for reference so here is one if you would like to use it.

Great thread, it's nice to have all these sound files in one place and not have to search all over the place for them !

I'm still trying to decide what to put on my wife's Camaro, she wants it to be louder, the first complaint she had when she came home was that the car was too quiet. lol. I am running Flowmasters on my truck and they sound great and the performance is great too, although I think we might be looking for a slightly different sound for the Camaro.

Intake and exhaust is definately the first thing coming.....

Am I the only one who thinks that Flowmaster video is really poor quality? I have played that on several different computers and every time he revs, all I hear is static. Idle sounds pretty good but revving = static. Sounds terrible and I know the car does not sound that way. Is there another flowmaster video that is better quality? That seems to be the only one I can find.

SLP Powerflow axle back on L99 Camaro

SLP Powerflow axle back

I installed my Powerflow axleback over the weekend.
Very good quality parts!
Everything fit perfect and allowed enough adjustment to get it just the way I wanted.
(centered the tips within the real cover, and extended them about a ½ inch further out)
I’ve included some pics of the parts next to the factory system.

(left factory muffler feels like it has 1/2 gallon of water in it,...go figure)

Sound is a little more throaty, but not significantly louder. I do really like it though. (even the wife liked it) I got the powerflows because I plan to do headers as soon as my budget allows.
(I can hear the AFM kicking in and out at highway speeds. Something the driver might pick up, but I doubt a passenger)
With headers, the sound should be perfect. I’m torn between the American Racing and the soon to be released SLP system that compliments my powerflows.
Here is a short video clip
