ls9 cam on lsa

I am doing a lsa conversion and was looking into the ls9 cam. I like it for the price, stock idle and not needing to change the springs. Has anyone done this and what gains did they see? 2012 l99

Been done alot, I think general consensus is even a Stage1 (mild) cam will make a good amount more power than the LS9, but the LS9 cam still has some appeal for the reasons you listed. I've got a BTR PDS stage 3 Torque in mine and it's pretty mild compared to a N/A cam TBH

Anyways good luck with your build, it's going to be an improvement either way
