Scammed by Adams Website

Today i was supposed to get my order and it was marked "Left at front door" However nothing here. After spending $1,000 in less than a month i am now banned and they refuse to help me . Even spoke to adam himself where i was cursed out and belittled!

"Left at the front door" sounds like it would be a UPS or FedEx or USPS issue....or whoever the carrier was, not Adam's. Just a thought, anyway.

So much unsaid...

Who was the carrier? Usually, to leave outside the door...they want permission, and if they don't get a signature, they can be liable. I'm guessing the package wasn't insured, either by you or Adams

Banned? That is a story in itself, I'm sure. I guess the first question is, what was said in the initial conversation with them or the shipping company. Was it kept businesslike on your end, or were you cursing them out or anything?

If it was left at the front door how can that be Adams fault. Apparently it was delivered and someone stole it or the carrier put it on some elses door step. Call the courier you obviously have the tracking number.

Fed ex and when i called fedex adam called me personally and said im banned? i was very professional, no sig was required cuz adam told me he doesnt do that? what kind of buisness doesnt?

doesnt really have much to do with Adams after the carrier picks up the package. sounds like you need to take this up with the carrier.

ok, depending on who adams uses for delivery, and if i remember correctly from my order with them its fed ex, but even if its ups, if they left the package at your front door, and it was gone, you should first contact the carrier, in the end its usually on the vendor to make sure you got the package, however, reason i say this is they should be using insurance on there packages, ups and fed ex gives $100 insurance for a regular delivery if you need more because the value is more then i would think the vendor should make sure its insured for the amount of the product, wit the rates all vendors charge they should be insuring for full value of the order, so make a claim wit the carrier, do that before yelling at adams, he didnt deliver it and he didnt put "left at door" the carrier did

all vendors, are liable for insurance , its there responsibility to make sure the customer gets there items, meaning if the package was stolen or lost in transit, adams or what ever vendor better have had full value insurance for the order ,other wise they are responsible to reship the order, i have experience with this so i know, if its not insured enough, then if he paid with a credit card, he will get his money back, no question, so first start with the carrier, whats it insured for? how much was the order? you get $100 automatically with every order.

Vendor should have had it signature required OR insured--NO EXCEPTIONS....No way in hell I'm letting someone ship something to me unless its insured/signature required or the wife is here.

If the vendor shipped something to you without tracking/insurance/signature required....it IS on them.
