Mine and almost 20 other camshafts ive seen from comp pulled out of cars, from what i guess was poor material in a batch, all had scarred up lobes and eating up the lifters. My car had a scarred cam, all 16 lifters were toast, cam bearings were done and it marked up 2 cylinder walls from shredded metal i assume. Required a rebuild.

I just wanted to say...
My family really enjoyed the weekend at fbody. It's nice to look at the cars, and I always learn something new being around you folks. Yes, the two Joes learned that the steering wheels telescoped.  But what we really enjoyed, is hanging out with all of you that came (car or not.) With hundreds of people in attendance, and with alcohol and octane involved, I didn't hear of one single incident over the 3 days. That is quite amazing, but really shows what a great bunch of people we have. I am so glad that this type of event can be an event for the whole family. This makes me even more excited for the camaro5 fest.Thanks to Norm, Maria, John, Kelley, and the others that came from out of state and call yourselves ACE5 members. We all enjoy your company. Ok...end of the sap.  We are looking for someone else to step up to organize a Stone Mountain meet.

Here’s a video shot at the F-Body gathering #16 Memorial Day weekend in Atlanta.
Some videos and pictures set to hard driving music by a band called TenPenny. Lots of colorful and modded engines with some that are factory stock. Great time and great cars! Enjoy
