"GM OEM" Windscreen vs "Love The Drive" Windscreen
I'm goin back and forth on these two different but similar windscreens. I plan on installin a CDC sport bar sometime and I know that Love The Drive offers a windscreen that is supposed to fit and compiment the sport bar. Does it fit better than the OEM windscreen? Any ideas, pros and cons, or other info would be appreciated.

I was trying to get the "love the drive" company to sell me one without the badging. I don't want to try to remove it and foul it up.
No luck yet. It appears the "Love the drive" unit will age better as it accounts for the fold better than the OEM unit.

The OEM doesn't really fit with the sportbar, it will go in front of the bar and not be able to fold down. It looks like the Love the drive screen would work better for what you want to do.

I have had both versions with my CDC sport bar.
First picture in this thread shows how the GM windscreen fits. Didn't care for it. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=172784 This thread shows how well the LovetheDrive windscreen works with the CDC sport bar. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever. It's easy to fold up and down from the drivers seat. And, FWIW, the LovetheDrive badging that came on mine was easily removed! Simply pealed the matching adhesive decals off of both front and back sides with no damage what so ever. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...9&postcount=20 If you plan to get the CDC Sport Bar, I don't think you can go wrong with the LovetheDrive windscreen. |

The only thing I'm concerned about is the rub marks on the seats or I'd probably get the love to drive one. Seems to stand up straighter and not lean on an angle like the oem one does. Just my 2 cents
