turning into parking spots

Ok so this might sound strange but does anyone have trouble turning into a parking spot with their camaro .. let me explain.. so i can turn into a parking spot making a left turn dead on (car is even between the lines) but whenever i need to get into a spot and need to make a right i tend to always hug the white line (on the right side) or im on it which then i have to back up and re position the car. I just cant seem to judge when i need to turn the wheel into the spot. Does anyone else have this issue or is it just me.

I find myself doing the same thing. I just figure I need to learn how to park again!

Yep. It's pretty normal until you've got used to doing a parking manouver regularly, and learned where the extremeties of your car are. The old adage of practice makes perfect comes into its own here.

I'm not a Camaro owner yet but rented one while on vacation to see if I really wanted one. I noticed that right away and I've been driving for quite sometime. My wife asked me if could see over the dash a few times

I just look for 2 spots at the far end of the lot and take them both. I'm really anal about someone parking next to me.

I feel you on that, I do the exact samething. After spending hundreds of dollar time after time on paintless dent removal because of assholes denting the side of my car.

my wife's car is getting long in the tooth and she's been driving a rental car for the past week and when the insurance adjuster inspected her car she saw how she had literally 50+ of small dings on her car, possibly from other's doors and shopping carts etc. She vows with her next car to park far away from others just like I do.

I find reversing into a spot in my Camaro much easier than pulling straight in. Besides, less chance of messing up the front of my car
