Estimate My Horse Power

So I'm about half way done with my build and was curious what others think I might make for power.
2014 Camaro ZL1 Manual bone stock Mustang Dyno ran 481/495 80 degree day

HP gain mods include:

BTR stage 3 PD cam with the springs and pushrods
2.5" upper pulley only
ID 850 injectors
1-7/8 Speed Engineering headers, no cats to stock NPP exhaust
Roto-fab cai with big gulp
169* thermostat
Afco HX with fans
Roto-fab intercooler reservoir 90% water
Tuned by Wong's Performance Vancouver WA

Non HP mods:

BTR V2 trunnion upgrade
New timing chain
LS2 damper
3 bolt cam gear
intercooler reinforced
ARP damper bolt
Elite catch can

Thank you and I look forward to you comments!

You should be in the 575-600rwhp I would guess. With all your mods you can run some more boost.

HP numbers your get do not matter. To much horsepower is almost not enough.

I actually ran out of money for the project for now (just a smidge over budget ) decided to only do an upper pulley which was about $600 less than doing a lower. I also wanted to keep my blower RPM's down from max for longevity reasons. I'm running the stock LSA oil pump so too much power could be an issue I think. My understanding is the stock LSA pump is hi volume but not high pressure good to about 650rwhp. shimming the pressure relief does nothing when there's another relief in the pan for the AFM even though this car doesn't have that option. I don't want to drop the whole pan to delete that at this point.

I've seen others run better numbers on a Dynojet compared to the Mustang too, but my base line was on Wong's Mustang and he'll be the tuner, so the delta is what I'm interested in, not the number itself so much. only 35hp gain? wow that is stingy! LOL!

Like juiced said you can use more boost. I did the dayco 10% lower balancer. It’s fairly cheap. I ordered it from advanced auto with there 20% off email codes. It’s a easy swap had it done in a hour.

What's the part number on that balancer?

Back on topic, I'm guessing 600-625 HP for the OP.

Thanks Larry, waiting for the pushrods to come in on Wednesday, as you saw, had to get another length for the intakes. How's the brand new blower?

no issue with balance or belt grooves lining up ? I see that Dayco says it doesnt fit the ZL1. (of course, not stock size) I did notice on the back of my stock damper at the hub, there is a ring on the edge, almost looks like a tone ring or mag p/u. Not sure what it is but the Dayco doesn't have it. I see it fits 09-13 ZR1 Vette. There is also a 5% version PBO1662SS5.
sorry for hijacking my own thread but the topic was only listed in one other thread.
