Good morning ECC. It is almost time for the Corry Station Chiefs and Home Depot 2nd Annual Car Show. We had a pretty good turn out last year, which was greatly appreciated, and we're hoping for as good or better this year. This is in support of the Corry Station Chief Petty Officer's Association, so all proceeds go to a good cause (military).

The show details are as follows:
Saturday, July 27th
5309 N. Davis Hwy in Pensacola
Registration from 8:00-9:00
Show from 9:00-12:00
Price is $20 per vehicle

Award categories are the typical show categories. Last year the winners recieved engraved paddles as trophies, which went over very well, so we will be doing the same thing this year. I'd say I hope to see you there, but I'll be transferring to San Diego on July 10th, so unfortunately I won't be able to make this one. I hope you can make it. It should be a great time, and we would definitely appreciate your support. Thanks.

It's money to spend on board for drinks, photos, etc.

Depends on which cabin you book:

Inside cabin - $15
Oceanview $25
Balcony - $35

It's not a lot, but every little bit helps. The 50% reduced deposit is the biggie....less out of pocket up front, and you can pay along the way. Have no fear in booking - if the unthinkable happens...you can cancel with a full refund until the end of September!

This is IN ADDITION to the group credits that we are getting. This is a booking promotion and will apply directly to that cabin.

I'll see if I can't move some money around and get a spot reserved this week. Budget isn't as flexible as it otherwise should be due to back-to-back months involving an 11+ hour drive to visit family. Got a lot of quality time in the Camaro though.

In other news, I'm going in to Dale Jr. Cadillac tomorrow to get my new dash insert installed to fix the bubble issue so that should be fun.
