Didn't remove spring spacers????

It's Ashen Gray Metallic. Should have stated that--oopsie.

Yes, Becky, the dealer failed to remove the spring spacers. Fred said he kept thinking, "I need to mention the spacers..." while we were waiting for them to prep/clean it, but he kept forgetting. We got home, and, sure enough, there they were. Needless to say, we were NOT happy campers.

2G1FZ1EP8D9801081 Victory Red

This is the car I have thought about since I first saw her at the the 23rd annual Ontario Camaro Nationals in June of 2011. The Camaro homecoming was awsome, the ZL1 roll out made the show. I remember telling Al Oppenheiser that I have to have one, and now I do!

Here she is on August 22, 2012 getting prepped at the dealership. I missed the truck offloading (working of all things).

And here was my first look at a ZL1 at the Ontario Show.

Well Becky made my day and posted my VIN 2G1FZ1EPXD9801390
It's out getting war paint (stripes). It then gets shipped to Vero Beach Florida then shipped to me in Loveland, Colorado. It's still several weeks out but making good time. I will post picture and a story of my trials and tribulation on getting the car when it shows up in my garage. I had to go half way across the Beautiful US of A to get it, but more on that later.

Well, #662 left Cedar Rapids, Iowa today for the long haul to Central California, exactly 1 month after it left Oshawa. If the Camaro gods are kind, I should finally be driving it Tuesday
