Precision turbos I'm guessing? What kind of oil? Did you get a failure analysis? Still have any of the dead ones? I would bet just about anything that it's nothing to do with the turbos being too small.

A friend that races turbo cars in the five/six second range told me occasionally it's a balance problem.... If they will make it two passes or so, they are fine for many passes... That's what happened with the last 67/66 I put on it... We had it overnighted and put it on, ran it less than an hour or so of mostly idle time before pouring the choriso to it and it failed... Admitted balance issue and fully warranted, no questions... and they know it's used for racing... I stand behind the quality of items and customer service I have received from Precision... So, back on topic... I only run amsoil, and I change the filter and oil more often than some change underwear... Every 2500 or so miles and prior to every race event...

Just changed out a scavenge system on a 2010 camaro custom TT kit that was brought to us. The car smoked on startup and on decel/rev. Removed the pump, lines, brackets, installed the AGP Scavenge system. This included the AGP pump, filter, billet oil cap adapter, hoses, timer, and wiring harness. This is now the second time we have changed out a scavenge system that was inferior, and the AGP worked like a charm.

And how much power will that support?

Alright, after reading this thread for the 2nd time, i am starting to waffle over to the AGP kit vs a custom fabbed setup using PT6766 units.
Couple questions though. After much research and brain picking, I have figured for my goals (up to 1200rwhp, but 1000-1100 initially) that the PT6766 or similar sized turbo is what i need to not over task the turbos. No E85 available here but i do blend in Torch for intank octane of about 96 and my compression ratio static is about 9.4 to one with -23cc Wiseco coated pistons So what BW unit is similar to the 6766 that has 66mm inducer 87mm exducer on the compressor side and 67mm exducer and 75.5mm inducer on the turbine. I was gonna go with .96A/R T4 turbine housings and 4 in inlet and 2.5 in discharge on the compressor. Also, with my Mast black label 6 bolt heads, the OEM manifolds will not work so i need custom built manifolds or maybe 2" shorties. What are the options with the AGP kit? Love the attention to detail that seems evident with this kit. I am hoping to get ADM to take this on.

SNL has done a lot on my car and have been outstanding. This agp kit has me pretty impressed and I know Andy is a vendor and is a great shop with experience with it.

Bull, I was told the s261s will absolutely support 1200rwhp. Ben mentioned custom setups. I'm sure you could probably send turbos back in for a wheel size change if you wanted to. Or just talk to Ben and see what he recommends per his post

Bull, I have the pictures and some of the info you were asking about, but I'm inclined to agree with you on this possible decision...
If I was starting out rather than neck deep, I would almost assuredly go with the AGP kit... I'm in houston right now with no access to send the pics but I'll take care of it Friday....

Basically 51mms should max out around ~900rwhp, 56ss ~1050, 61s will do 1200+. Then Ben can do the bigger ones if someone really wanted 1400+.
For manifolds you would have to do something like Emma did and do ARH shorties/etc that keep the stock cat location. CA2010SH is the part number. Direct fit to factory cats so they should work.
